Rules and Regulations

  1. Members from the previous season must have their application with full payment in by April 15th to guarantee their boat slip.
  2. No fueling of boats anywhere other than the gas dock.
  3. Fuel discounts are for full Members with a Gas key only.
  4. Members will lose their membership and docking rights (without refund) if they can not prove that they have maintained in full force and effect a comprehensive personal liability policy in an amount not less than $1,000,000 inclusive, that is specifically extended to include operation of their watercraft.
  5. Noise restriction from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
  6. Vehicles parked in club parking lot must belong to members. Please have guests park across the street due to space limitations.
  7. Members will be held accountable for their and their guests actions.
  8. All pets must be attended to by their owners.
  9. Membership applications and renewals are subject to the Executive Boards approval.
  10. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  11. Docks must be kept neat and clear of obstructions at all times.
  12. Dock boxes and barbecues must be adequately secured to dock.
  13. Only full members and their accompanied guests are allowed on the docks.
  14. Clubhouse must be clean and in a orderly fashion after use.
  15. Clubhouse is for full members and their accompanied guests.
  16. Members food is not to be left in the clubhouse refrigerator.
  17. Pressure washer is for full members use only and must be returned to the garage after use.
  18. Rules & Regulations may be changed by the Executive Board.
